Fire and Ice Gala: The Evening of Hope Inspires Us Again

There is no question that one of the most anticipated charity events of the year is Brandon Foundation’s Evening of Hope. The annual fundraising gala supports the Angel Foundation in Brandon, Florida. The charity has been a positive impact in this community since 2003.

This year’s gala had a classic “Fire and Ice” theme that was executed beautifully by Extravaganza Productions inc. The room reflected icy blues and hot flames. The food sponsored by local caterers, bakers, and restaurants (to include Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Latitudes Apollo and Jeremiah’s Italian Ice) was delicious.

Dessert was my favorite, with treats by The Artistic Whisk and Petite Madelyn’s Bakery.

For our 3rd year, we had the pleasure of going along with the theme, with one photo frame a fiery outline while the other frame was glazed with ice. Check out some photos from the booth below:
